Окраска струйным обливом

Сущность метода струйного облива) состоит в том, что изделия, продвигаясь по подвесному конвейеру, поступают в тоннель, где они в одном определенном! месте (в зоне облива) подвергаются обливу струями краски. Облив осуществляется из системы сопел, краска к которым подается насосом. Окраска изделий может производиться вместо облива погружением их в ванну с лакокрасочным материалом, т. е. окунанием. Свежеокрашенные изделия, следуя по конвейеру, определенное время (10—15 мин) выдерживаются в парах растворителей, в так называемом «паровом» тоннеле, где поддерживаются регулируемые высокие концентрации растворителя (10—20 г/м3).
Насыщенность атмосферы тоннеля парами растворителя замедляет процесс его испарения из пленки на поверхности изделия и тем самым создает благоприятные условия _для стекания излишков лакокрасочного материала под действием силы тяжести, адсорбции паров растворителей на поверхности пленки, снижающей поверхностное натяжение, благодаря чему лакокрасочный материал «не схватывается», а равномерно, без подтеков распределяется по поверхности изделия.
В установках используют обычные лакокрасочные материалы на органических растворителях, в основном двухкомпонентных (сольвент — уайтспирит, сольвент — ксилол). В последнее время начали применять установки, работающие на водоразбавляемых материалах, в которых содержится относительно небольшое количество спиртов — в пределах 14—20% общей массы. Установки позволяют автоматизировать процесс нанесения покрытия; производить окраску на одной линии с подготовкой поверхности и сушкой; уменьшить удельные потери лакокрасочных материалов; получать однослойные утолщенные покрытия (толщиной до 40 мкм) V—VII классов; увеличить производительность окрасочных работ за счет отделки изделий простой, средней и сложной конфигурации с большой плотностью навески их на конвейере; улучшить санитарногигиенические условия труда; повысить культуру производства.

My 3 and 5 year olds love this train! The train is ok quality- not as nice solid as Geotrax but i’m not too concerned about it breaking. Sadly it is just the right size to not be compatable with our Geotrax set (we do have a tunnel that it mostly fits through- if Laura the Giganotasaurus gets off) so they like using that as a time tunnel. The train says a few phrases and lights up when it goes through the time tunnel. Not too load or obnoxious. The cars are easy for a little one to connect/ disconnect but as a result don’t hold together well if you want to pick up the whole thing. The figures are ok quality and have nice detail (very true to the show) BUT they don’t all stand well on thier own- esp on a moving train. They have a hole in thier feet and a matching «peg» in the train cars- but the hole in the foot is too small! GAH!!! The kids don’t care doesn’t care but I’m a bit dissappointed. I got it at the store with the giraffe mascot for $ We also got some train car/ figure sets as well for $ a piece. Each box has little facts about the different dinosaurs.
